Why are you painting the inside of the house Ráđhildur?
Because Birgir Andrésson is painting it on the outside, and he is so nationalistic and I am the opposite.
But what about this blue colour?
I am always working with geometry/space, and space is air. I feel that I am dissolving the walls. Soon this house will be torn down and this is a preparation for that.
Why the fondue pot and the vase?
This house has had many differnt functions. It has for example been a family house,a gay community centre, and now it is the hot pot of young artists. This kind of house deserves to have beautiful things inside and the fondue pot and the vase are beautiful.
